Also, I’m seeing a red message in the app that says “Already an active plan found”, but this is my first time ever using it. I subscribed through the App Store, and the app isn’t updating to reflect my purchase.
DeleteSame! I purchased the one year subscription but then it still wouldn’t work and to hopefully make it work, I had to sign for a $4.99 per month subscription. What was the other $ for? It’s not updating mine either obviously!
